Friday Favorites!

Hi!! Happy Friday!!!

Life has been FULL lately! While I am doing pretty darn good for just having had a pretty major surgery 3 weeks ago, I am still recovering and my strength and endurance is not great. You pair a mommy who isn't functioning at 100% with a daddy who has been working like crazy AND traveling...well..let's just say- I feel pretty accomplished if my kids are fed and bathed everyday! HA!

It has been several weeks since I have blogged on a Friday- it feels great to be back and sharing some of my FAVORITES from this past week!

Let's get this party started!

//ONE//
My oldest daughter Charlotte turned EIGHT last week!! We picked the girls up early from school and we went to McDonald's for Happy Meals! The kids were SO excited and appreciative :) After our fancy birthday lunch, we headed to the American Girl Doll Store!
It was such a fun and special day celebrating our precious Charlotte- she is a beautiful, kind, HAPPY little girl and we are just so thankful for her!
//TWO//
Our elf, Theo, showed up on December 1st and the kids were greeted with a fun little setup that Theo put together all by himself! ;) I got the kids matching PJs from Children's Place (they were on super sale!) and I can't stand how cute they all look in them! So far- I have forgotten to move our elf at least 5 times- thank goodness Aaron and I wake up before the kids and we have time to shove him in a new spot! HA!
//THREE//
I turned 36 this past Saturday!
The kids and Aaron got me a bunch of balloons and presents and we went out to eat for the first time as a family of 7! Not only did the kids do great at the restaurant...I didn't have to cook or clean up- Happy Birthday to Me! HA!
I have to tell you- when I was 22- I couldn't even imagine being THIRTY- let alone 36 :) And now here I am...creeping closer to the big 4-0 and I couldn't be happier or feel more blessed. So very thankful for my health, my family and their health and God's love for me!
//FOUR//
Aaron was out of town earlier this week and my parents came to help me with the kids while he was gone! I was so thankful for their help- and I love any chance I get to see them! My mom and I (along with Marshall and James) snuck out for a little shopping and stopped off at Starbucks to get a festive peppermint mocha! Love my mama so much!
//FIVE//
And I just had to share- three of my FAVORITE 31 products are on sale for a limited time!!
I personally own all three of these products- and they are FABULOUS! If you still need to pick up a gift for your favorite babysitter, your child's teacher or you just want to treat yourself (I HIGHLY recommend that!)- go HERE, HERE and HERE to check out these great items that are on sale until December 12 (which is also the last day you can purchase items to make sure they get to you by Christmas)!!

Just FYI: you can shop HERE anytime! And if you ever have any questions- just email me!

Hope you have a FABULOUS Friday and a WONDERFUL weekend!!

  4. I'm so glad to hear you're doing well, taking it easy and that your parents were able to come and help out. What a blessing! I'm going to have to try that peppermint mocha you mentioned because it sounds delicious. Charlotte's birthday sounded lovely, your Elf on the Shelf looks like lots of fun and I bet your kids are just the cutest in matching pjs. I hope to do that one day. Hope you have a great weekend! It's supposed to be freezing so bundle up with your cute crew.
