Tuesday Talk: Christmas Ornament Show & Tell!

Hi Friends!! Happy Tuesday!!
I am so excited to be joining Johannah from The Sirois FamilyBeth from Our Pretty Little GirlsStephanie from Wife Mommy Me and Heather from My Glittery Heart today and sharing some of my favorite Christmas ornaments!
This beautiful star ornament was handmade by my mom.  She is SO talented and makes so many beautiful things!! She made a star for each of the kids last year- including Marshall- who at the time- was in my tummy :) She monogrammed their names on the back of the star and the girls loved hanging them up on the tree this year!
This precious ballerina ornament is Charlotte's. Cora and Celine also have one :) Aaron's grandmother got them for the girls a couple years ago and they are just the sweetest little ornaments! I especially love them because it reminds me of how much Aaron's granny loves our kids- even though she rarely gets to see them.
Look at the two BABIES in this picture!! This is a picture of Aaron and I, spending our first Christmas together at my parents' house :) We had been dating for 3 months- and 5 months later- he asked me to marry him! My girls LOVE hanging up this ornament because they know this picture was taken when mommy and daddy were "boyfriend and girlfriend." Insert tons of squeals and giggles! HA!
And here is one of my most prized ornaments- a vintage hand beaded bird- which used to be my grandma's! I love how it clips onto a branch and it makes me think of my grandma- which makes me smile :)
Next, I wanted to share something really special that Aaron's mom made him several years ago. She took all of his childhood ornaments and attached them to a wreath! I thought that was such a neat idea and a great way to enjoy all of his special ornaments from when he was a little boy!
Look at his little handmade school ornament!! So precious!
And my favorite ornament on his wreath is this tiny nativity set. I just think it is SO sweet!!
Okay-
So today might be a little confusing (or maybe I am the only one who is confused- HA!)
I have the link-up for the Ornament Show & Tell AND the link-up for Tuesday Talk.

  5. So sweet! Handmade ornaments are my favorite, too. That ornament wreath from Aaron's mom is so sweet. I love that it's filled with special things from his childhood and I'm sure he loves decorating with it every year. I'll have to ask my MIL if she's got any ornaments from Kevin's childhood. I'd love to see them. Thanks for the ornament tour :)
