Tuesday Talk!

Hi friends!!
Happy Tuesday!!

I hope your week is off to a great start!!

Soooo....the other day, my girls and I were talking about Mommy's blog and how I have made friends with people all over the United States.
They just thought it was SO awesome that I "know" people who live in Maine, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Tennessee- just to name a few!
And then they started asking me- "well- do you think people who live in California read your blog? What about Alaska??"  They were so cute! :)

So- I was wondering if you would do a me a favor today- if you consider yourself a "reader" of my blog- would you mind commenting and telling me what state you live in??
I want to gather up everyone's comments and show the girls how connected I am to so many wonderful people...through my silly little blog!! :)

Also- I would love it if you would tell me one "fun fact" about you- and if you want- feel free to ask me a question or two!
I love the idea of getting to know everyone, who so kindly takes time out of their day to come read my ramblings, a little bit better!!

Okay- so I will go first!!

I was born and raised in a small town right outside of Springfield, IL.
I have lived in Illinois, Arizona, California, Texas, and Ohio.
I currently live in a suburb of Indianapolis and we will be moving to Greenville, NC in 3 1/2 months!!
(You don't have to share about all the places you have lived...I am just feeling chatty :) HA!)

Fun fact about me: The summer before I started my last year of college, I lived in Okinawa, Japan working as a lifeguard and swim instructor on Kadena Air Force Base. It was such an AMAZING experience!

Hope you have the BEST day and can't wait to hear from everyone!! :)

Fun fact...the longest I have ever lived in one place (house) is 5 years. We have now lived in this house for almost 3 years, and hopefully we will be here for many years to come.

  78. I currently live in 'Minnesota, but I was born and raised in Michigan, which I don't think has been mentioned yet - so there's another state for you! I also had to take a written drivers ed test when we moved to MN, and would have never passed if I hadn't studied!! Fun fact - I have a sea salt chocolate chip cookie almost every day when my 14 month old son goes down for his nap! He's into eating everything mama is having these days and some things are too good to share! Lol

  79. Chiming in late because we were on a Disney cruise. I am a rare Central Florida native who still lives in my hometown of DeLand, about halfway between Daytona Beach and Orlando. I love everything about where I live (well, except maybe the Orlando traffic). Maybe not surprisingly, I collect alligator art/figurines and have them all around my house. Being a Florida Gator will do that to you I guess. :) I love your blog and following along with your sweet family!
