What's Up Wednesday!

Wednesday, August 31, 2016 is the last Wednesday of the month...which means it is time for a What's Up Wednesday Post!  I am excited to be joining MelShay and Sheaffer for their super fun link up party today!

What we're eating this week...
I write out our menu every week on a big chalkboard in our kitchen. I started doing this over the summer because my daughters were CONSTANTLY asking me what we were having for breakfast and dinner. I know you FEEL me on this!! HA!
Anyway...I always plan out our meals for dinner...but over the past couple of months I have made an attempt to make sure our breakfast is a little bit more diversified than just cereal :)
The girls really like it and I have found it really takes very little time to scramble up a few eggs and make some toast!
Here's what's on the menu at our house this week:

What I'm reminiscing about...COLLEGE! One of my favorite friends is a clinical professor in Speech Pathology (Hi Laura!!) at a college and she recently posted a picture of her campus. It totally sent me back to when I started graduate school.....ahem...16 YEARS AGO!! I moved to Flagstaff, AZ totally by myself for my graduate program at Northern Arizona University and it was one of the best experiences of my life!! I had the cutest little apartment, made some amazing friends and if you have spent any time in Flagstaff, you know what an AWESOME town it is!! I just loved that time of my life!
What I am loving....Marshall's precious little baby laughs, iced coffee in the afternoon, and sitting down to dinner every night with my sweet family. It's a crazy time of day...but I love the feeling I have when I can look around at our table and see each of the faces that mean EVERYTHING TO ME!

What we've been up to...going BACK TO SCHOOL! Charlotte and Cora started 2 weeks ago and Celine went back last Monday. I am back to being a Mommy Taxi...which I am totally fine with :) I have found that if I am SUPER prepared every morning- everything runs pretty smoothly!  It is definitely a little weird to have only the boys with me a couple days a week (Celine goes to school 2 1/2 days and 2 full days)- but I am loving the one on one time with them and not going to lie- having the girls at school has definitely given me more time during the day to get things done!! My floors and toilets are very appreciate of this! HA!

What I'm dreading...nothing really! If I HAD to pick something it would be the cold weather that is imminent with the change of seasons. I know everyone is all ready for boots, sweaters and football...but I am NOT. I am one of those girls that LOVES the heat and is not excited at all about wearing boots and leggings- HA!

What I'm excited about...the upcoming THREE DAY WEEKEND! We are going to hit the pool a couple more times before it closes...the weather forecast looks awesome and I can't wait to soak up the last little bit of summer!!

What I am watching/reading...oh man....SO boring on this front!! I just got a new Good Housekeeping that is what I am currently reading :) Show wise- NOTHING! I can't wait for the new fall shows to start next month!!!

What I am listening to...the local country radio station...I am loving H.O.L.Y by Florida Georgia Line...I have to first I didn't like the song one bit...but then I really listened to the lyrics and it grew on me! Now it's one of my current favorites :) And Kidz Bop is always on in our van :) We are also loving the Total Kids Worship radio station on Pandora! I play it in the morning while the kids are eating their breakfast and getting ready for school!

What I'm wearing...Same old same old with me....Walmart workout capris and this workout tank when I go to the gym in the morning. Unless it is a REALLY bad day...I always make sure to take a quick shower and change into real clothes and put on my makeup. I just feel SO much better about myself! My mom-i-form is J.Crew City Fit 3 inch shorts, a layering tank from Old Navy and my favorite t-shirts from Walmart!
What I'm doing this weekend...getting a MASSAGE!! Last DECEMBER for my birthday, my oldest brother got me a gift certificate to get a massage...and um..yeah. still haven't used it :) Aaron suggested I go this upcoming weekend and I was all for it!! I think I will stop at Starbuck's afterwards...just because I can :)

What I'm looking forward to next cousin is getting married! We will be traveling to Southern Illinois for her wedding and I am so excited to see all of my mom's side of the family!! My mom has 7 sisters (8 girls total!!) and they all love to dance :) We always have an absolute blast on the dance floor!

What else is new...nothing! :) Life is full, somewhat chaotic and absolutely wonderful!

Hope you have the BEST day!! :)

Tuesday Talk!!

Tuesday, August 30, 2016

Hi!! Happy Tuesday!!
How is your week going so far???
We are doing great...the girls are SO happy to be back at school and I am so glad no one is waking up with a 102 degree temperature! :) it just me or does the start of a new school year almost feel like a second "New Year?" Does that even make sense?!? HA!

I want to get super organized, I have a lot of goals I set for myself, I am making LOTS of "to-do" lists....wait a minute...this isn't just a "new school year" thing for me...HA!
I am like this all the time. HAHA!

Anyway...I am totally a "list maker." I LOVE to make lists...and I truly rely on them to help me remember what needs to get done. I use a Plum Paper Planner to help keep me can find them HERE- it is the BEST planner!!

For specific tasks, my grocery lists, planning a particular day/activity out, I also make really detailed lists...a lot of people ask "how I do it??" with 5 kids...and while I am definitely not anything special- I do pride myself on being SUPER organized.
Being prepared and making a "to-do" list is a huge part of that for me!

So...I don't know about you...but making a list- especially if it is filled with tasks that aren't very exciting (AKA dust all the ceiling fans) is a lot more fun when you have cute stationary to write your list out on!!

I LOVE finding FREE printables on the internet that I can print off and use for all of my list making I thought I would share a few of my favorites that I have found recently!

First- I am LOVING this grocery list printable!! It also has a section in the bottom right corner for you to jot down your dinners for the grocery list are not always the most organized...this definitely helps me as I write down everything we need for week!!
You can find it HERE!
This printable is perfect for really looking at how you spend your day...and using your time wisely!! I know I can get sucked into responding to emails...checking out instagram...looking for new recipes...I think this would be an especially great "to-do list" to have printed out if you work from home and need to have a division between what needs to get done "work" wise versus your "home" life! You can find it HERE!
I just printed this printable off yesterday!! With 5 kids and the all the running around I am doing now that the girls are back in school...I really have to prioritize what MUST get done and what can wait if it has to. LOVE that I can group tasks off into high, medium and low priority groups with this "to-do" list! You can find it HERE
So...I am not sure I have disclosed this...but my husband and I sometimes use more colorful language...obviously NOT around our kids...but with each other?'s a different story- HA! husband is a big "list" person too. He is MORE than happy to do anything I need him to do- but he REQUIRES a list. I can't just say, "Hey honey- can you do this, this and this?" He won't remember and he won't do it. And then I get perturbed. Then he gets annoyed with me. You know how it goes! HA! Soooo- to avoid all of that- I make him a good ol' fashioned list :) I found this printable and HAD to make it his official "list stationary." I love how it has that pretty pink banner....and that not so proper word in the title. HA! You can find it HERE (you have to scroll down a few images to find it- just right click and it will come up as a printable PDF file)!
If you are looking for a month at a time printable- you must check these beautiful calendars out! I love to print out monthly calendars to write out our meals as well as my cleaning schedule. These are just so pretty and cheerful! You can download and print the remaining months of this year HERE!
And finally- this isn't a "to-do" list printable...but I still wanted to share it :)
I printed this out and have this hanging up in our kitchen...right by my "command center." We have started reading it to the girls every morning while they are eating breakfast! I am really big on having a POSITIVE attitude and we are trying to instill that in our this message and how it gives kind of a "step-by-step" on how to have a GREAT day!
You can find the printable HERE! (I downloaded the image and cropped off the top part of the printable- just FYI :)
Are you a list maker?
What is your favorite method for staying organized??

Hope you have the BEST day!!

Hello Monday!

Monday, August 29, 2016

Hi!! Happy Monday!!

I am linking up with my friend Johannah today and saying "Hello Monday!" was your weekend??

Our's was so great!! We celebrated our precious Cora Maye all weekend long and it really was such a fun birthday weekend!

We started our weekend off on Friday...with me waking up with a fever and a horrible sore throat and headache!! AHHH!! I had caught the virus all the kids had!! As soon as I saw 101 on the thermometer, I popped 2 tylenol and went about my day...I did NOT have time to be sick!! Luckily I felt yucky for only about 30 hours...and as long as I was taking tylenol- which was every 6 hours on the NOSE- I was fine :)  And the SUPER good news is that everyone in our house is now FEVER FREE! Man! SO thankful we are all healthy again!!

So- Friday- we went and picked Cora up from school and then headed to the pool! One of our "summer bucket list" activities was to have a pizza picnic at the that's what we did! Summer's not over yet! HA! Aaron met us at the pool with $5 Hot 'n' Ready pizzas from Little Caesar's and the kids swam and had a blast....until it started thundering and lightening...and we had to go home. Womp. Womp. HA! The weather here in Indianapolis has been crazy lately with storms!

Saturday morning, Cora and Charlotte had their first soccer practice/game (Aaron is their coach!) and when they got back- it was time for Cora's Art Party!
Cora asked for an "art party" and it was such a CUTE little party! Aaron made this awesome easel, I made each of the girls an "art" apron with their name on it, bought some paints and canvases and the girls had SO MUCH FUN!  They all created such neat masterpieces and had the best little time with each other!!
Sunday was Cora's actual birthday and it was a really nice low key day! We went to church and then spent the rest of the day opening presents, playing, running a few errands and of course having cake and ice cream!! James is SUCH a funny little boy...he is fighting us
A LOT lately when it is time to sit in his booster seat at the table...he wants to be a big boy :) Well...yesterday- this is how he decided he wanted to eat his dessert! HA! He dragged our mini rocking chair from the play room and set himself up a nice little seating arrangement!! :)
After all the kids having a rough week of not feeling was so nice to have a fun weekend!! We had the best time loving on our precious birthday girl!
SO thankful for this crazy crew of mine!!
And now we are back to Monday! I am ready!
With the kids being sick last week, I didn't get to the gym once...which is no bueno for me :)
I am looking forward to getting back to my workouts and having a happy, healthy week!!

What's your week looking like? Were you super busy this weekend?? I always feel like I need Monday to catch up from our weekend...and then by Tuesday...I don't feel so discombobulated! HA!

Hope you have the BEST day and a WONDERFUL week!!

Also linking up with Biana and Meghan today!

Friday Favorites!

Friday, August 26, 2016

Hi!! Happy Friday!!!
WHEW! It's been quite the week at our house!! If you are one of the 3 people who read my blog daily, then you know that we have been hit with the back to school "sickies" this week.
It first started with James getting a fever last Saturday....he was a pitiful little mess all last weekend. Then, Cora woke up Tuesday morning complaining of a sore throat...and low and behold- she had a temperature of 102! The other girls were fever they went to school. Well- Celine ended up with a 101 degree fever at preschool later in the day...then Charlotte came home from school on Wednesday with a temperature of 102 and then yesterday morning, precious little Marshall woke up with a fever of 101!! AAHHH! Having a big family is seriously THE BEST- except for when germs get passed around :)
The good news is: Cora, James and Celine are now fever free. Marshall is doing just fine and Charlotte should hopefully be on the mend by tomorrow.
Needless to say...this week has been a bit nutty!!
Honestly though- I can't complain...even when the whining and crying and the crazy, irrational requests- all fueled by "because I am sick..." were at an all time high- all I could think about were parents with children who REALLY deal with chronic health issues. My kids' fevers and chills are NOTHING compared to what other precious kiddos have to deal with- and I am just so thankful we have a healthy household 97% of the time!! I have a "mini" Friday Favorites post today...due to said kiddos being down and out. I had big intentions of getting my blog post ready last night while Aaron worked late....and instead I chose to watch QVC and then went and laid on my bed and mindlessly looked at recipes I want to try out. HA!

This little guy is SUCH a stinker...but he is my FAVORITE two year old in the whole entire world.
I was upstairs feeding Marshall and putting him down for a nap...and James, Charlotte and Celine were downstairs. The girls were totally zoned out watching Super Why...and James...well he was busy making the biggest Lego mess I think I have ever seen! HA!
When I came downstairs, he immediately gave me a huge smile and said, "Mommy. Legos. Dump. Sweep!"
I mentioned in my post yesterday that my new FAVORITE breakfast item is Kodiak Cakes pancake and waffle mix. Several of you commented and said it's your favorite too!! I love that they are PROTEIN PACKED and really taste SO yummy. There carry several different types of mixes, including a gluten free mix! If you are looking for some new and EASY breakfast ideas for your family- definitely check out Kodiak can go HERE to see what stores in your area carry the mixes!
On Tuesday, I shared what's inside my makeup bag...and one of my "go-to" items is L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara! It was recommended to me by SO MANY of you!! Public Service Announcement- until the end of this Saturday- it is on sale at Target for $5!!! Got stock up if this is your FAVORITE mascara...or if you have never used it before- it's the perfect time to try it! :)
It's going to be a HAPPY WEEKEND at our house....tomorrow we are having a little art party for Cora's birthday and then on Sunday it is Cora's actual birthday!! I love that it worked out to where we can spend all weekend celebrating!! And before Cora's party...Charlotte and Cora have their first soccer practice/game and Aaron is their coach again this year! It's going to be a FUN and BUSY weekend and I am ready for it after our somewhat painfully slow week of being at home sick. HA!
And that's all I have for today...time to get the troops up and at 'em and get Cora Maye off to school! Fingers crossed EVERYONE in our house is FEVER FREE today! :)

I hope you have a FABULOUS Friday and a WONDERFUL weekend!!

I am linking up with Andrea and Erika for their Friday Favorites Link Up!

Thoughts for Thursday: Links that I am Loving!

Thursday, August 25, 2016

Hi!! Happy Thursday!!

Sooo...I mentioned in my post yesterday that our house has been hit with the "back to school" sickies. Cora, Celine and James have all had a fever for the past couple of days.
Well the good news is: Cora's fever broke about mid-day and she has continued to be fever free!! The not so great news?? Charlotte came home from school and was burning up with a 102 degree fever yesterday!! So she won't be going to school today :(
This week has been a bust as far as going to school is concerned! HA!

With the kids being sick, I have been totally thrown off my routine...which makes me feel extra "all over the place." HA! Because of get a REALLY random post today. Hooray!

Okay- so first- are you familiar with Jen Hatmaker? She is a Christian writer/speaker/blogger and while I have never had the pleasure of meeting her or hearing her speak- she seems absolutely amazing. My friend sent me a link to a blog post she wrote last August about getting her kids ready to go back to school and OMG. It is PERFECT!! You have to read it (if you already haven't)- you can find the article HERE!

I LOVE veggies and make it a point to have a serving of them at almost every meal. I also try to eat as little carbs as possible...not because they're bad for you- I just feel better when I am not eating a bunch of them :) Anyway- there is this whole "spiralizer" rage....where you make "noodles" out of veggies like zucchini, carrots, butternut squash, etc. Gina from the amazing blog, Skinny Taste, recently posted a recipe for a Broccoli Rabe and Sausage Parsnip Spiralized Pasta. UM. YUM. I want a spiralizer (this is the one I have my eye on)!!! I feel like it could be really life changing to make all sorts of veggie noodles...and SO fun too! Do you have one?? Do you love it?

Are you familiar with the blogger Jen Russum? I am not sure how I came across her blog, but I have been reading it for several years now. She is an EXCELLENT writer (she has her PhD in English and is a college professor + an amazing mom) and I just loved her latest blog post!! You can read it HERE!

I am totally okay with eating the same thing over and over again...and while I change it up for lunch and dinner, my morning meals look pretty much the same every day: smoothie with a scoop of protein powder + flax seed and for my "2nd breakfast" I have some scrambled eggs + egg whites with spinach (I eat about 6 mini meals/ day). Well- in an attempt to change it up a bit- I had Aaron pick me up some Kodiak Cake pancake mix (he got it our at our local super Target)- there are several different types of this pancake mix- I have the Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein Packed Crunchy Peanut Pancake Mix (WHOA. That is a mouthful! HA!). I made some for the first time yesterday and they were SO good!! The reason I chose the crunchy peanut butter mix is because there is no milk in the dry mix. I was able to make my pancakes with almond milk and keep them dairy free. I used a 1/4 of pancake mix and 1/4 of almond milk and got two really good sized pancakes!! I smeared a little almond butter on top of them and YUM. It was a nice change from my egg scramble and only 4 smart points (if you are a Weight Watchers gal like me :)!  I know several other bloggers have mentioned they love the regular Power Cakes Pancake Mix- there is 14 grams of protein in one serving- which is SO great and makes for an awesome breakfast!!!

My cousin is getting married in a few weeks and I have been trying SO hard to find a dress to wear!! I just ordered 4 dresses from New York and Company- they were all SO pretty- but of course looked SO weird on me! I just ordered a couple maxi dresses from Walmart that were on clearance and I am hoping one of them might work. A maxi dress is a little more causal than I was wanting to wear...but I figured some statement jewelry and a pair of cute wedges maybe it will be ok. Nobody's going to be looking at the crazy lady with 5 kids anyway....unless one of them decides to meltdown during the wedding ceremony...which is a total possibility! HA!

Okay and to top this riveting post off- I have a confession to make: I had no idea what "fleek" and "bae" meant up until about a few days ago. I have seen all of these people in blog land and on instagram using these words...and really didn't not know what they meant.  I seriously had to google them!! HA!
Here's my opinion on do you and use whatever words you like...but the use of proper grammar should not be DEAD!! :)
Ok. Wow. I don't think this post could get anymore random. HA!

Hope you have the BEST day!!

Linking up with Annie and Natalie today!

Weekly Walmart Finds!

Wednesday, August 24, 2016

Hi!! Happy Wednesday!!
How's your week going so far??

Wouldn't you know it- our house has been hit with the "back to school sickies??!?!"
Our little James had a fever all weekend long...and was so miserable...but I just really thought it was a little virus and by Monday it was gone. Well...yesterday morning Cora woke up, acting really "off" and saying her throat hurt- I took her temperature and sure enough- she had a 102 degree fever!! I checked Charlotte's and Celine's temperatures multiple times before we left for school and they were both fine. I got a call around 1:45 pm yesterday from the preschool director letting me know Celine had a 101 degree fever and was passed out in her office!!! And then, when James woke up from his nap- he was burning up and his fever had come back! AAAHHHH! Stupid school germs! Soooo yeah...I have 3 sick kids on my hands today...and you can bet I will be letting them binge watch Netflix! HA! you know the health status of my we can talk about fun stuff!! HA!
So- my "Weekly Walmart Finds" this week are a bit random...but I am pretty excited to show you them regardless!

I have mentioned this several times already- but if you didn't know- we are renting our current home and have less than 1 year left on our lease. We do not know where we are moving once Aaron completes his residency- but we do know that we will be buying a house! I am SO excited to decorate my OWN home (we have been renting for 8 years now) and get new furniture and home decor items!!

One thing we want to do in our new house is get the girls bunk beds...we would like to have all 3 of them sleeping together in one room and having a set of bunk beds would free up a lot of space.  I was browsing Pottery Barn Kids' website and I found these bunk beds...I really love the clean, simple look of them- but they also seem very sturdy. This set costs $1199...pretty darn pricey in my opinion!!
Well...of know where I went after I was on Pottery Barn's!! DUH :)  And you won't believe what I found!!!
This almost identical set of bunk beds by Better Homes and Garden...for $299.98!!
These bunk beds have a 5 star rating and to me- looks almost identical to the Pottery Barn Bunk Beds!! The only bummer is that they are sold out right now online...but WOW. What a deal!!
While I was browsing Pottery Barn Kids for ideas for the girls' bunk beds- I came across this mixed metal/wood bunk bed set...which I think would be so cool for the Marshall's and James' room! This particular bunk bed set is $1519. Definitely quite an investment!!!
Look at what I found on Walmart's website....for $199!!! These bunk beds are by Better Homes and Garden and it may just be me- but they look SUUUPPPERRR similar to the Pottery Barn version pictured above!! And for a price difference of $1320...I am willing to deal them looking not exactly the same! These bunk beds also separate into two twin beds..which I really like. I am seriously scheming a cute room for the boys with these beds!!
And finally...while Aaron and I do not need a new bed...he made us a gorgeous bed several years ago...I am wanting to freshen up our bedding. The set we have now is several years old and I am just looking for something fresh and new!

I totally love the look of this bedding set!
This is a ruched duvet cover and sham set from Pottery Barn...for the king size in this duvet cover- it costs $167. I personally don't think that is terrible for a high quality duvet cover - but it is also not what I consider to be inexpensive,
You guessed it- I found a pretty much identical comforter set on it is by Better Homes and Garden- and for the king size ruched comforter and 2 shams- it is $44.96!! This comforter set has 147 (almost) 5 star reviews!!
I am seriously IN LOVE with this comforter!!!
It may just be me- but I think it's pretty awesome to see such similarities in items that come from a "high end" store versus Walmart...which most consider a "cheap" place to shop!
Yes- Walmart has amazing (inexpensive) prices on items...but I think there is a misconception that the things they sell aren't well made- which in all of my experiences shopping there- is just not true!!

What are your thoughts?? I know my friend Leigh just got done re-doing her daughter's room- and they did most of their shopping at Walmart! They were able to give her room an adorable makeover for just right around $100!!

Even though it might not be the first place you think of for furniture, bedding or other home items- definitely check out you might be surprised at what you find!!

Hope you have the BEST day and Happy Shopping!!

(And P.S. I know most of you know this- but none of these posts are sponsored...I just really enjoy shopping at Walmart and saving money!!)

Tuesday Talk: What's In My Makeup Bag!

Tuesday, August 23, 2016

Hi!! Happy Tuesday!!
I hope you all had a great weekend and your week is off to a great start!
Our sweet little Celine started her 2nd year of preschool yesterday- so all 3 of my girls are back in school!

Sooo...I am a total makeup junkie. I wear makeup almost every day and I love finding new products to try! I always have so much fun reading about what makeup other ladies use and I thought it would be fun to show you what's inside my makeup bag today!!
With the exception of one item I use, all of these products ring up at $10 and under!!

This is seriously SO me! HAHAHA! I truly get giddy when I walk into Ulta or even just get to take my time and browse the makeup section at Walmart!! HA!
First up is the newest product I have been using!
I just got this BB cream last week and I am absolutely LOVING it! It is Rimmel's 9-in-1 Skin Perfecting Super Makeup BB Cream and I got it at Walmart for $6.47!
I really, really like this BB cream. I have been wanting to try one for awhile and just decided on a whim to give this one a try!  I put on a little bit more than a pea size amount of this cream after I have washed my face in the morning- and it has been working great as a combined moisturizer, SPF and foundation for me!! It provides just the right amount of coverage, makes my face feel hydrated- but totally not greasy and MAJOR bonus- it has SPF in it! If you have been looking for a good BB cream- definitely think about giving this one a try! At $6.47- you have nothing to lose if you don't end up caring for it! :)

These next 8 products are my everyday "GO-TO's!"
This is a nice, chunky, black eyeliner- it blends really well and it is only $3!! I have been using this eyeliner for a couple years now and I love it!
Are you familiar with the makeup artist Laura Geller? Well- she has a very high end line of makeup and it revolves around "baked" blushes, bronzers, eyeshadows, etc. Anyway...Milani is another makeup line that has "baked" products- except they are MUCH less expensive than the Laura Geller brand. I first learned about the Milani Baked Blushes from Meg O. on the Go- she did a great blog post on the best drugtore blushes and the Milani Baked Blush was one of her favorites! I tried it out and LOVED it!! Now I own three baked blushes- in different shades! They are beautiful, shimmery and look SO pretty!
FYI: These blushes can be hard to find...the best luck I have had is finding them at my local Walmart (although the selection was limited), Meijer (it's a Midwest grocery store) and CVS.
LOVE this lip balm!! It goes on so smooth, isn't clumpy at all and really hydrates my dry lips! I love the little bit of shimmer that come from the crystals...if I am not in the mood to wear a colored lip gloss- this is always what I put on!
I use this powder after I have applied my BB cream and I love the way it smooths and evens out my complexion! I feel like it does a great job of staying "put" and really helps keep the "shine" off of my face!
I have been using this Cover Girl eyeshadow for YEARS! I use it as my "base" color for my lids, as a highlighter for right under my lower lashes and put just a touch of it right along the arch of my eyebrow. It also blends great with other shadows! If you can't find the color "champagne" another favorite of mine is "pink chiffon."
Another Milani product on I am hooked on: Baked Bronzer!! I have used A LOT of bronzers...including really nice brands like Urban Decay and Laura Geller...and this bronzer, in my opionion, is the BEST!!! It is so rich in color, does NOT look orangey at all when applied on your face and provides just the right amount of shimmer and color! LOVE it!
I am ALWAYS buying and trying out new mascaras....but about 3 or 4 months ago- I asked all of you what your favorite mascara was...and the almost unanimous answer was L'Oreal Voluminous!!! So of course I tried it out and it has now become my FAVORITE mascara!!
It is just under $6 at Walmart...but this week it is on sale at Target (along with some other mascara) for FIVE DOLLARS!! Such a steal for such an awesome mascara!!

And now for the one item that costs more than the rest of my makeup combined- HA!
My beauty "splurge" is the Naked 2 eye shadow palette by Urban Decay. I know so many of you also use this eyeshadow palette....wouldn't you agree it is worth every penny? It is $54- which just really sounds crazy for a bunch of eyeshadows- but the quality of these eyeshadows are amazing. And they last FOREVER! I had my first Naked 2 palette for over 2 years before I replaced it this past February. A little goes a long with these eyeshadows and the color stays put! If you are on the fence about trying this eyeshadow palette out- I HIGHLY recommend it! And if you can't justify the purchase right now- put it on your Christmas list!! ;) I always feel better when I get things I normally wouldn't buy (because of the price) as a gift- HA!
And there you have it!!
That's everything that I have and use everyday when I put on my makeup!

Now it's your turn...I want to know some of YOUR favorite products/items in your makeup bag!! What are some of your "go-to's" when you are putting on your "face?"

Okay- now it's time to link up with my favorite ladies for Tuesday Talk!
